Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer with a strong focus on video editing and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas into engaging visual narratives with a clear sense of pacing, emotion, and impact.

This role requires a balance of creative thinking and execution, with the ability to handle projects end-to-end—from concept development to final delivery. The candidate should also be proficient in creating motion graphics that effectively enhance and support the story.A strong sense of music, rhythm, and timing is essential to ensure seamless flow and emotional connection in the final output. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required to deliver high-quality video and motion design work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video editing with a strong focus on storytelling and narrative flow
• Turn concepts into engaging videos such as ads, brand films, and reels
• Create high-quality motion graphics, including titles, visual elements, and explainer-style content
• Handle both fast-paced dynamic edits and clean, premium-style videos
• Contribute to creative concepts and idea development
• Combine visuals, sound, and motion to create impactful content
• Ensure consistency in quality, timing, and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in video editing with a storytelling-first approach
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong skills in After Effects, especially in motion graphics and explainer videos
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, not just basic animations
• Good sense of music, rhythm, and pacing
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of filmmaking basics such as framing, lighting, and shot selection
• Ability to adapt editing styles based on content (fast-paced, emotional, premium)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in creating explainer videos
• Basic character animation skills
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design
• Exposure to AI tools and modern content creation workflows
